Emails from SimpleHelp on EC2

If you are running a SimpleHelp server on an Amazon EC2 instance and you are finding you cannot connect to or use your email server from within your SimpleHelp server then this is likely because Amazon uses Spamhaus.org to manage outgoing email traffic. To resolve this you can contact Amazon to request that your EC2 instance IP is removed from their list.
