Services Offline after Migration
Remote Access services share with a server at a particular URL (web address). When you set up your services they will share with the URL that your server is available at.
If this URL changes after a server move, perhaps because the domain has changed or the port your server is listening on, the remote services will no longer point to your new server location.
For example if your server used to be at http://example.com and is now at http://sh.example.com, or if your server used to be at http://example.com:8008 and is now at http://example.com.
To fix this you can configure the services using the SimpleHelp server at the original location and point them to your new server location.
