Customer Joined Notifications

Using the settings in the Preferences tab of the Technician client you can set whether you would like to be notified when a customer leaves or joins the queue.

You can choose to be notified with a sound, with a system tray notification (on operating systems that support this feature) or with a small frame that will appear in the corner of the screen with a message.

If you would like to be notified by email then this is possible through the Email logging feature of the SimpleHelp Server. For more information see the Server Event Guide.
