Exclusions for Antivirus Software

If you find that Antivirus software is interfering with your SimpleHelp client apps you may want to add relevant folders to the exclusion list of your AV scanner.

The SimpleHelp applications are located in the following places:

• Remote Access
• Technician App
• Customer App
