Displaying Technician Availability

If you don't run a 24/7 service then you may wish to display some notifier on your website to let customers know whether anyone is available to answer their query and provide them with remote support.

Server metrics in SimpleHelp provide this information and allow you to show Technician online and offline status or even the number of Technicians currently logged in and ready to help customers.
