Delays after Service Updates
Once you have upgraded your SimpleHelp server, your Remote Access services must update from your SimpleHelp server before they will allow connections to go through. This is to ensure that the Remote Access side of the session is up-to-date and works correctly with the Technician side of the session.
If you try to connect to one of the services then it will immediately check for an update and begin it, but this may take time to fulfil and the session may not connect right away.
To fulfil an update a Remote Access service will typically need to download around 4-5 MB of data from your server, once it has started the download it will download as fast as it is able. While it is updating it may appear offline in the list of available machines until it has completed the update and it will not be available for connections.
